Abstract :
Two methods were used to improve the properties of nanocrystalline BaTiO3 humidity sensors: doping a certain amount of impurities into BaTiO3, and mixing some polymer humidity sensing materials with BaTiO3 to fabricate humidity sensors of composite materials.
