Abstract :
A method, which adopts an improved BP algorithm to distinguish two kinds of vapors (ethanol and gasoline), is presented in this paper. Compared with the traditional BP algorithm, the improved BP algorithm has good nonlinear approximation ability, fast convergent speed and high discrimination ratio.
