Preventing the hysterical disorders, this study has taken into consideration. Hysterical about individual criminal responsibility, which is divided into different types, we can say that basically hysterical, has full responsibility to be apart of hysteria, the a plurality of character that, in the judgment of insanity, and the person returns absolved from criminal responsibility, as well as safeguarding measures and educational judgment, the perpetrators of these patients can be looked at.
