Abstract :
In recent years when development and rural development and villagers, participation in development was set forth for .In most of development programs. Public participation gaining and its role in development has been neglected.to development without participation will not yield optimal results.it is better to use public participation especially women who are half of our population in development plans .If we donʹt pay attention to womenʹs role in development planes rural development it causes that these plans will not be accomplished and become a difficult problem for villages .Based on this fact that women are half of our population and have their right to participate in their destiny, they must participate in development plans esp rustic ones. The aim of this study is to examine the of womenʹs participation in rustic development .To collect data and required in formation , we used documentary method and library on by using book , thesis , Articles and the results showed that if there is more participation of woman.more the development. It will be successful and also the expense will decrease. The reason that the women canʹt participate in development plan id lack of permission and sex difference and unjust discrimination about it for women in group activities.
