Abstract :
It was demonstrated both theoretically and experimentally that the sensitivity of the acoustic wave sensors can exhibit the profound resonant increase. This increase can be reached by the proper choice of the dimensions and the acoustic characteristics of the elements of the multi-layer sensor structure.
