Abstract :
This study compared nine stabilizing reagents (stabilizers: BlockAce®, glycerin, Lipidure®-BL-B05, Lipidure®-BL-J02, Lipidure®-BL-H02, Lipidure®-BL-H02 with 0.5% casein hydrolysis, phosphate buffered in saline, StabilGuard®, and bovine serum albumin) for their ability to maintain immunologic activity of three immobilized kinds of monoclonal antibodies (anti-2,4-dinitrophenol, anti-C-reactive protein, and anti-2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin) on QCM, which was coated with stabilizers, under temperature acceleration and the long-term stability in air. We found that the stabilizer of Lipidure®-BL-B05 containing 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine (MPC) polymer was the superior stabilizer for QCM immunosensors.
