Abstract :
An innovative hybrid sensor array formed by voltammetric electrodes chemically modified with three families of electroactive substances (conducting polymers, phthalocyanine complexes and perylenes) has been developed. Electroactive materials have been deposited onto gold electrodes lithographied in an alumina card.
ric sensors have been obtained by electrodeposition of pyrrole in the presence of different doping agents. Phthalocyanine and perylene-based electrodes have been prepared using the carbon paste electrode technique.
-tongue has demonstrated a good-quality ability in discriminating and recognising among 12 Spanish red wines on account of their denomination of origin, grape variety and vintage. The quality of the performance attained is due to the versatility, cross-selectivity and reproducibility of the sensors forming the array.
