Abstract :
According to ISO230-2 and ISO230-3 testing criterion, by use of testing instrument such as Heidenhain VM182 linear grating, Pt100 thermal resistance module and Fluke infrared thermometer, some tests have been completed on a self-manufactured HUST-FS-001 quasi high-speed heavy-duty feed system experimental bench. Through testing, the rules for the changes of axial, radial and backhaul thermal errors of feed system with the runtime, and the law of temperature rise–thermal error under the varying operating conditions (feed speed, cutting force and pretightening force) are studied.
