Architecture and method of fabrication PDMS system for uric acid determination

The paper describes a new architecture of a polymer microsystem with dual optical detection. Inexpensive and easy system preparation and very simple measurement techniques are advantages of the developed system. The microsystem is designed especially for measurement of uric acid concentration in various biological samples with the use of different optical detection methods: spectrophotometric and fluorescence as well.
