Study and Regulation of Talent Detection in Game of Volleyball from the View of Prominent Volleyball Coaches of Khuzestan Province

The purpose of this research is studying and regulating indices of talent detection in the game of volleyball according to views of prominent volleyball coaches in Khuzestan Province. So, the researcher assessed opinions of all 100 active coaches in this province. The methodology is descriptive survey research which has been carried out with field method. Measurement material was five-value questionnaire of likert with stability of 93 percent. The raw statistical data was analyzed by SPSS Software and bisection was at a significant level (?=0.05). The results showed that prominent coaches emphasize on the necessity of talent identification in game of volleyball and they consider youth volleyball tournaments as an important means in identifying and discovering volleyball talents. Also, the skill, physical, psychological and sociological indices seem to be essential priorities for genius players.
