Constructing Cospectral Digraphs with Arbitrary Centers

The center of graphs and digraphs have long been a topic of interest, as is establishing bounds on graph parameters using the spectrum of the graph. It may be that the spectrum of a digraph has some relationship with the center of the digraph. This turns out not to be the case. A construction is presented that yields cospectral digraphs with arbitrary centers.
