On the first unknown value of the function

Let g ( v ) denote the least possible number of lattice points in the interior of a convex lattice v-gon. Values of this function are known for v ∈ { 1 , … , 16 } \ { 11 , 15 } . It is also known that for the smallest not yet established case, it holds that 11 ⩽ g ( v ) ⩽ 17 . The purpose of this paper is to prove that g ( 11 ) = 17 .
