Abstract :
Sumàrio eum wax crystal size decreases as its composition becomes more complex, other factors being equal, in all instances where size and composition data were simultaneously available. That statement holds for our data and the literature. A historically broad but non-exhaustive survey documents the size versus composition relationship, since it never before seems to have been a prime object of study. The most complete reporting of ternary system crystal size versus composition data to date is offered. Other size influencing factors, such as cooling rate variation (in the ranges reported by the literature contributors) are unable to defeat the size versus composition statement.
