Abstract :
Application of pulsed laser ablation method for deposition of CuInSe2 films was studied. The special time–temperature regime was developed. The homogeneous amorphous and polycrystalline CuInSe2 films were prepared and investigated with XRD, SEM-EDS and optical spectroscopy.
