Comments on: “Solar energy estimation using REST model for PV-ECS based distributed power generating system” by M. Rizwan et al., vol. 94, 1324–1328

In the just-published contribution by Rizwan et al. [1], it appears that the authors have curiously forgotten to provide a citation for the REST model that they use and that is central to their study.
