Abstract :
We report a sub-100 nm scale polymer transfer printing (NPTP) method that provides a low temperature, high-throughput patterning process for the fabrication of a nanopatterned bilayer organic solar cell (OSC) of poly(3-hexyltiophene) and 1-(3-methoxycabonyl)-propyl-1-phenyl-(6,6)C61. Utilization of a UV-curable polymer stamp and a proper solvent successfully fabricated OSCs with sub-100 nm patterns by direct NPTP. We believe that the proposed NPTP process will prove very useful for nano-scale patterning in various organic devices such as OSCs, OLEDs, OTFTs, and others.
