Evaluation and ranking of suppliers with fuzzy DEA and PROMETHEE approach

انتخاب تامين كننده يك مساله چند معياره است. اين مطالعه يك مدل تركيبي را براي پشتيباني از انتخاب و رتبه بندي تامين كنندگان پيشنهاد مي كند. اين تحقيق يك مدل دو مرحله اي را براي رتبه بندي كامل تامين كنندگان طراحي مي كند كه هر تامين كننده چندين ورودي و خروجي دارد. ابتدا، مساله ارزيابي تامين كننده با استفاده از تحليل پوششي داده ها (DEA) فرموله شده است، زماني كه تصميم با داده غير قطعي و مبهم و همچنين قضاوت زباني مدير و كارشناسان سر و كار دارد مدل پيشنهاد شده به رويكرد فازي مجهز مي شود. پس در اين تحقيق در مرحله اول از DEA فازي استفاده شده است. در مرحله دوم تامين كنندگان كارا با مدل PROMETHEE رتبه بندي شده اند. رتبه بندي Fuzzy DEA-PROMETHEE جايگزين مدل كلاسيك DEA نيست. بلكه افزون بر آن تجزيه و تحليل با ارايه رتبه بندي كامل در زمينه DEA براي تامين كنندگان كارآمد مي باشد.

Supplier selection is a multi-Criteria problem. This study proposes a hybrid model for supporting the suppliersʹ selection and ranking. This research is a two-stage model designed to fully rank the suppliers where each supplier has multiple Inputs and Outputs. First, the supplier evaluation problem is formulated by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), since the regarded decision deals with uncertainly and ambiguity of data as well as experts and manager linguistic judgment the proposed model is equipped with Fuzzy approach, then in this research we use of Fuzzy DEA for first stage. In the second stage, efficient suppliers are ranked with Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) model. Fuzzy DEA PROMETHEE ranking does not replace the DEA classification model; rather it furthers the analysis by providing full ranking in DEA context for efficient suppliers.
