Abstract :
Electronic education and smart schools system is one of the most essential strategies of the Ministry of Education for enhancement of education effectiveness as well as efficiency of educational expenses. In recent years, electronic education has had an elevated position in educational affairs in the world and in Iran, which has been gradually substituted with traditional educational methods. One of the most important factors in implementing this system is its acceptance by teachers. This study reviews three factors associated with acceptance of electronic educational system. The statistical population of this study includes all sixth grade primary school teachers in Gorgan city. Results show that both motivating teachers by managers and IT skills level have a positive relationship, and level of anxiety for implementation has a negative and meaningful relation with electronic education systems acceptance.
