Controllability of a fractional linear time-invariant neutral dynamical system

This paper is concerned with the controllability of a fractional linear time-invariant neutral dynamical system. The solution of the state equation for the system is derived first. Two criteria on controllability of the system are established by constructing suitable control functions. Two examples are provided to illustrate the obtained results.
