Abstract
An X-ray diffraction pattern for ErNi2Ge2 at room temperature is reported. ErNi2Ge is tetragonal with lattice parameters a = 4.0191(2) A, c= 9.7643(2) A, space group I4/mmm, and Z=2. The lattice parameters derived from Rietveld analysis agree well with the results of a least-squares refinement.
