New Necessary Conditions for the Existence of Difference Sets without Self-Conjugacy

We get a generalization of a lemma of Arasu and Ma, and as an application, we get necessary conditions for the existence of difference sets without self-conjugate conditions. We also prove some results on Landerʹs conjecture.
