Elliptic Algebras

In this paper we study the fixed point algebra of the automorphism η of the rotation algebra Aθ, θ = p/q with p, q coprime positive integers, given by η: u → υ, υ → e−πiθu−1υ. We give a general characterization of the fixed point algebra and determine its K-theory.
