The Nuclear Multipliers from L1(G) into L∞(G)

Answering a question of Crombez and Govaerts we identify for any locally compact group G the space of left invariant nuclear operators from L1(G) into L∞(G) with the almost periodic part of its Fourier-Stieltjes algebra.
