White Noise on Vector Bundles and Local Functionals

We characterize random fields indexed by sections of vector bundles with independent values in different points. We give a Lévy-Khinchin-type formula for their distributions. We extend results about local functionals of continuous functions to local functionals of sections of vector bundles. The results have applications to the study of gauge fields by stochastic means.
