  • Abstract
    In this paper we study the set of involutions of the hyperoctahedral group Bn with the order induced by the Bruhat order of Bn. We prove that this is a graded poset, giving an explicit formula for its rank function, and that it is EL-shellable, hence Cohen–Macaulay, and Eulerian.
