A characterization of a class of dimensional dual hyperovals with doubly transitive automorphism groups and its applications

A characterization theorem is given for d -dual hyperovals over G F ( 2 ) with doubly transitive automorphism group, if it has the ambient space of dimension 2 ( d + 1 ) . Based on this theorem, some classification of those dual hyperovals are obtained.
