Anagrammes Alternés

This is a natural complement to a paper mentioned as reference [1], where a conjecture is formulated in connection with the Genocchi numbers of the second kind. The conjecture is proved true with the help of a counting device for anagrams, a concept which may be of interest for its own sake.
