Generalized variational inequalities with fuzzy relation

This paper studies generalized variational inequalities with fuzzy relation. It is shown that such problem can be reduced to a regular optimization problem with variational inequality constraints. A penalty function algorithm is introduced with a convergence proof, and a numerical example is included to illustrate the solution procedure.
