Surface design by natural splines over refined grid points

A kind of surface design called natural splines over refined grid points is given in this paper. A method for constructing designed surfaces using control points and interpolation points is also shown. The results are very simple and can be achieved easily in computer programs; especially, the refined two-step methods for interpolation points are better.
