FIXING THE TROUBLED CONSTRUCTION PROJECT: A GAME PLAN

At one time or another, every company has a project that gets into trouble. If you are asked to fix a troubled project, you had better have a game plan, unless you want to be one of the casualties. To increase your chances for success, you must have commitment from management concerning four key areas. This paper outlines these key areas and presents one successful methodology for evaluating and taking charge of a troubled project.
