Abstract
Water surface reflectivity is tabulated as a function of the incident angle of radiation and the surface wind speed. The real part of the refractive index of water is considered between 1.28 and 1.42, which may cover the wavelength region of 0.3–2.4 μm for pure and sea water. The imaginary part is assumed to be 0. The effect of the solar zenith angle and surface wind speed on the water surface reflectivity is discussed.
