A theorem of Nepomnyashchii on continuous subset-selections

The principal purpose of this paper is to give new proofs of two theorems of G.M. Nepomnyashchii on continuous subset-selections. These proofs depend primarily on an ordinary selection theorem and a recent representation theorem of B.A. Pasynkov.
