Abstract
In their study of relative metric spaces, Arkhangelʹskiĭ and Gordienko introduce several relative properties of paracompactness type. We investigate the relationships between these properties and other relative properties of paracompactness type and answer two questions raised by Arkhangelʹskiĭ and Gordienko. Theorem
