The visible set of a compactum in Rn

Let K be a compactum in Rn. There is an arbitrarily small ambient isotopy of K so that if K′ equals the image of K under the finishing homeomorphism then the points of K′ which can be seen from infinity lie in a compact 0-dimensional subset of K′.
