Abstract :
During the last few decades, the incidence and prevalence of diabetes and its complications have increased all around the world. Prevention of complications such as blindness, kidney failure, heart disease and amputations would not only improve peoples quality of life, but would also reduce costs of the national health and social services alike. present paper, using specific parameter settings, partial differential equations are used to monitor the size of a population of diabetics in order to control the number of diabetics developing complications in each age category. rical method is proposed and three scenarios are considered. The results show clearly the dynamical evolution of the population from the stage of diabetes to the stage of diabetes with complications.
