Scattering by a rotating circular conducting cylinder II

Using the same technique as in [1], we analyse the scattering of an H-wave by a rotating circular conducting cylinder. We discuss the high frequency scattered field and the current density inside the cylinder for a small angular velocity. We state that the approximations made in both papers are not very restrictive from a practical point of view and we explain why Galilean rotations could lead to unreliable results.
