Nonexistence criteria for positive solutions of a nonlinear recurrence relation

In this paper, we derive several nonexistence criteria for eventually positive solutions of a class of nonlinear recurrence relation. These criteria are then used to obtain oscillation criteria for an associated nonlinear neutral difference equation with delay.
