Positive solutions to singular initial value problems with sign changing nonlinearities

We present two new existence results for the initial value problem y′ = q(t)ƒ(t, y), 0 < t < T, with y(0) = 0. The nonlinearityƒ is allowed to change sign and singularities at y = 0 and/or t = 0 are discussed.
