Abstract
Let X be an arbitrary real Banach space and T : X → X be a Lipschitz strongly pseudocontraction. It is proved that certain Ishikawa iteration procedures with errors are both convergent and T-stable. A few related results deal with the convergence and stability of the iteration procedures for the iterative approximation of solutions of nonlinear equations involving accretive operators. Our results are the improvements and extension of the results obtained previously by Chidume [1,2], Liu [3], and Osilike [4,5].
