Qualitative analysis on the initial value problem to the logistic equation with delay

This paper deals with the qualitative analysis of the solutions to the initial value problem for ordinary logistic equation with delay. The fundamental properties as uniqueness, non-negativity, existence, and prolongability of solutions are examined. Conditions for local and global stability are shown. Finally, a critical analysis of results is given.
