Abstract :
In the past ten years, the relationship between creativity and entrepreneurship has been in limelight and grown substantially by researchers. A burgeoning research base has increasingly shown that creativity is one of the most important factors influencing entrepreneurship. The fundamental aim of this paper was to explore the relationship between the entrepreneurship and creativity among the employees of Khavardasht company in Aliabad Katoul. The overall sample consists of 120 participants. The present study adopted a quantitative approach in discovering the relationship between creativity and entrepreneurship. Data were collected based on two questionnaires entitled” creativity questionnaire and entrepreneurship questionnaire which has been designed based on some underlying factors including innovation, achievement need , focus on control, risk taking, ambiguity tolerance, self-confidence, independent need. The subsequent data analyses via correlation revealed that there was a significant positive correlation between creativity and entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, further analysis showed that strongest link between creativity and entrepreneurship constructs is innovation.
