Abstract :
In this paper, some special sequences such as Skolem sequences, extended Skolem sequences, and Langford sequences are used to construct bicyclic balanced sampling plan excluding contiguous units. It is shown that the necessary conditions for the existence of a bicyclic BSEC ( v , 3 , λ ) are also sufficient.
