Nucleophilic substitutions in 6,7-difluoroquinoxalines

The reactions of 6,7-difluoroquinoxalines with a number of nucleophiles, such as cycloalkylimines, hydrazine, sodium hydroxide and alkoxides have been shown to result in substitution of either one or two fluoro atoms depending on the nature of nucleophiles.
