Abstract :
Palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of β-amino and β-ethoxy-β-trifluoromethyl vinyl bromides with terminal alkynes and terminal olefins has been achieved to afford new CF3-substituted 1,3-enynes and 1,3-dienes, which can undergo carbolithiation.
