Abstract :
Regiospecific synthesis of perfluoroalkylated pyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinolinyl phosphonates in 48–78% yields via the 1,3-cycloaddition of pyridium N-ylides and perfluoroalkynyl phosphonates is described.
