Abstract :
Aryl(alkyl)(difluoro)silanes undergo a facile and efficient palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction with iodobenzoic acid tethered to the Wang resin. Acid cleavage releases unsymmetrical biaryl carboxylic acids with high conversions, purities, and yields.
