Rapid assembly and synthetic applications of a supported poly-α-amino acid containing phosphine groups

A simple method for the rapid multiplication of the number of available amine sites on a polymer bead, using lysine N-carboxyanhydride, is described. The product may be functionalised with a phosphine and employed in a catalytic reaction.
