Abstract :
Conversion of 11,12-demethoxylahadinine B 3 and lahadinine B 2 into 11,12-demethoxypauciflorine B 6 and pauciflorine B 5, respectively, was achieved by treatment with AgBF4/THF followed by EtOAc/MeCO3H.
