Abstract :
A modified core structure of indolo[2,3-a]carbazole template has been immobilized. EtMgBr was identified as a substrate compatible base providing solid-phase dianion formation. Depending upon the nature of the electrophile, the core structure has been selectively functionalized to generate a library of kinase inhibitors.
