Abstract :
Electrochemiluminescence (ECL) detection with capillary electrophoresis (CE) separation system was used to the rapid analysis of mefenacet within 7 min. The linear response range of mefenacet was from 1.07 × 10−8 to 5.0 × 10−7 M with a detection limit of 4.0 × 10−9 M. This technique was also applied to analyze residues of mefenacet in seedling and soil.
